UPDATE: Congrats to Whitney for winning!
Let’s have some fun and give away a copy of Hunted. I’ll draw a name Sunday.
Spring is here! Hunted had a great week this week, and I’d like to share. First, Hunted was named the May Book of the Month at Grave Tells. This is a huge honor, and I’m very humbled by it. Also, in the same month, the book won second place for “Reader’s Choice.” Very exciting.
Then, my sister’s mother-in-law called her and said that Hunted is noted in Woman’s World Magazine. Right next to a picture of Kristen Stewart in her new movie. This was unexpected and so very exciting! Yes, I bought a couple of copies and even scanned in the page to show here.
Other than that, things have been pretty normal for the beginning of spring. Though my husband was asked at the bank the other day if my books represent our sex life. He’s not a shy guy, but it took him aback a little bit. (Of course, I laughed my head off when he told me later). And apparently, he gets asked stuff like that a lot. With a wink, wink…and a nudge, nudge, of course.
Nobody asks me those questions.
In fact, I’m a small town girl …and nobody looks at me differently now that the sensual Brava books are out. However, they do look at my husband differently. Isn’t that interesting? It could be because he’s a six-foot-five Italian…and many of my heroes are over six feet tall with dark hair and eyes. Hmmmm.
But it’s not like anybody has ever asked him if he’s a vampire. (BTW, he isn’t.)
So, my week has been full of fun and humor. I hope yours has as well. How about we have a giveaway for one copy of Hunted to a randomly chosen commenter here? I’ll choose at the end of the weekend. Feel free to just comment on anything. If you’d like a prompt: How was your week?
TO PURCHASE HUNTED

Hi Rebecca,
My week hasn’t been as much fun since I’m just getting over a week bout of Bronchitis But I’m raring to go. I just want to tell you that I absolutely loved Fated. A great read for me and I look forward to reading Claimed and Hunted. Happy June

I’m sorry you were sick! Hopefully you’re on the mend now. And I’m so glad you enjoyed Fated–thanks for letting me know.
Hi. I hate to say this but i’ve had a horrible week!! My cold turned into bronchitis, but Grandma is taking all my girls for the weekend so I can relax and maybe catch up on some reading!
I wish I had some of your books here to read, I am very much looking forward to reading them
Have a great weekend
You’re the second commenter to say you’ve been sick with bronchitis this week! I’m so sorry to hear that. Get better–lots of soup!
Hi Rebecca,
My week has been ok im working on potty training my 2 year old but the weather here in ohio has been pretty nice for evening walks… Im looking forward to reading your books my friend is lending me fated as soon as she is finished she loves it so far it all she has talked about lol!!
Have a wonderful weekend!!
Whitney
Ahhh – the potty training days. I remember those…they weren’t too long ago. Now we’re in the ‘sports every night’ days where I’m driving around town all the time for practices and games. But it’s a lot of fun! I hope you like Fated.
My week has gone by pretty quickly, which I’m thankful for. I just wish the warm weather would finally hit us here in Oregon. Seems to get shorter and shorter every year, and being from the South, I’m a hot weather gal, and this just depresses me! hahaha
So, I’m sitting here at my desk chuggin away on my iced coffee thinking to myself that I should probably get up and finish my laundry (so glad hubs started it yesterday for me). But first, I’m browsing through Facebook some more!
Thank you and Happy Friday to you!
Happy Friday to you, too! Yeah, it’s raining here today. Some years we have great weather by now…not this year. But, it’s good writing weather.
Though, I’m ready for some fun at the lake, so that sun better get here soon!
Hi Rebecca ~!~
I’m spending the morning doing some online shopping for my daughter’s birthday. She graduated last year and is now proudly serving in the US Navy. This will be the first time ever that I haven’t been with her on her birthday
I’m so proud of her.
I love your books! I read the first one 2 weeks ago and have now finished all the others. Last night I pre-ordered Consumed and can’t wait to start it. I think I’m having withdrawals from all those wonderful alpha men lol.
Hi Lora! Thanks so much for the kind words – I hope you like Consumed! And a very Happy Birthday to your daughter–tell her thank you from all of us back home.
Thank you for this chance to win one of your books. This week hasn’t been the greatest, thank you for asking, but the way I see it, things can only get better from here.
You bet, Jennifer! Sorry you had a dismal week — I hope the weekend picks it up for you. Hang in there.
I’d love a copy of Hunted! I love your writing/stories!
Thanks so much, Janice! Good luck in the drawing and have an awesome weekend.

I would love to be considered for the free copy of Hunted.
I’m always on the lookout for new authors
Hi Rejeana! You’re in the drawing…good luck!
I had a fabulous week, Rebecca. At our annual Memorial Day family bbq, my son announced that they are expecting a baby in November. Hot diggidy, my first grandchild, and I am thrilled to pieces. Now if all goes smoothly, I can maybe, start picking up a few cute, hard to resist, items for the new niblet.
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend.
YAYYYYYYYYYYYY! Congrats on the first grandchild–that’s awesome news! I’m so happy for you.
I had a pretty good week this week. I did something for the 1st time this week, I saw a bald eagle. Setting on the back porch, talking to a friend, and a huge bird flew overhead. We stopped talking and then noticed it had a white head and throat. Absolutely stunning. That was my WOW moment for the year. They sited some mated prs at a local state park a while back but I had never seen one, ever. Still in awe.
Hi Joyce! That’s so cool – they’re amazing to watch in action, aren’t they? We had one at the lake last summer that was absolutely huge. Have a great weekend!
Congratulations on women’s world mag. I bet its so cool to see your books pop up like that. Can’t wait for next book.

Hi Lori! It was really cool–I was pretty excited. Thanks so much for the support! Good luck in the drawing.
Not the greatest of weeks but hey! it can only get better!
Have a great weekend.
Hi Diane! I hope your weekend is an improvement over the week. Hang in there!
Hi CJ! Triple digits?!? That’s crazy. We’re in rainy time here. I wouldn’t mind some sun…but not triple digits. I’m glad the books kept you entertained.
Congrats on the great news! Have a great weekend!
Hi bn100! Thanks so much – and you have a great weekend, too!
It hasn’t been to bad. Hope to have a nice weekend. Have had a bad headache
horseunicornkey@aol.com
Hi Patricia! Sorry about the headache. I just read something about eating popcicles for a headache, but I haven’t tried it yet. Something about the coldness on the roof of your mouth helps. I hope you’re feeling better!
Lets see… the week started off with a high school graduation, then the party. The oldest is back from college and working, so she needed a car. The youngest didn’t finish school until Friday, so he needed a car. Everybody had a car but me. So I put off doing everything else until today (Saturday) so I;m finally finished 6hours later. I’m tired. I’m going to have a drink, then take a nap.
This book sounds amazing. Can’t wait to read it. Thanks for the giveaway.
Hi Joanne! I love that your kids took your cars–that’s hilarious.
Well, it’s funny now. I have a few years until my kids are old enough to take my car…and then I might not be laughing. LOL
It sounds like you have a wonderful family!
Between a graduation, a grad party, kid # 1 home from college, working and needing a car, kid # 3 still in school till last Friday and needing a car, I’m glad it’s the weekend. I’m tired, I need a drink and a nap.
Hi again! Sorry it took me a day to approve your comment–we were at lacrosse games all day yesterday followed by a dance recital. But since you’ve been approved this time, you’ll automatically show up next time.
Good luck in the drawing!
I had an aunt in the ICU and thank goodness she’s out now. but I missed out on going to Lori Foster’s gettogether what wiith her being extremely sick and no kiddos or siblings other than brothers to help her out but me and her step granddaughter.. Also I had a slight fender bender and had to pay my deductible and found out I had to have new tires so even If I could have went i probably wouldn’t have been able to afford it. So that was my week. Hopefully next week will be not so busy or expensive.
Hi Pam! I’m so glad your Aunt is doing better! It wounds like you had a tough week — I hope this one is going better!
