“Luckily, in Vegas, it’s never too late for crazy to happen. Never.”
(Raising Hope)
“That’s the great thing about casinos—no clocks, no windows, & no judgments.”
(Castle)
“That’s the kind of party you should have—a crazy night in Vegas!”
(The New Adventures of Old Christine)
“…got married in Vegas.”
“Because, really, who doesn’t?”
(Numb3rs)
“Just remember that this whole marriage thing was your stupid idea. I didn’t ask to be all crazy.”
(Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
What do all of these great lines from some of my favorite TV shows have in common? They all suit my hot & humorous vampires-in-Las Vegas paranormal romance to a T. (Plus, they’re just plain funny.
)
MUST LOVE VAMPIRES has it all—twin showgirl heroines … vampire brother heroes … mistaken identity … a quickie wedding in a fun theme chapel … casinos … gambling … & Dante’s Inferno, all playing out against the gorgeous bright lights/big city backdrop of the Vegas Strip.
Nightclub dancer Chloe Lamoureaux just met the man of her dreams: Aidan Raines is charming, considerate, rich, and hot. Of course, he’s a little mysterious about his age. And his favorite drink. And he’s not much for sunlight. But he’s asked her to marry him, and she’s ready to do it. Sure, she has a few secrets too—but they’ll have plenty of time to work things out while they’re living happily ever after. Right?
Her identical twin sister, Chuck, isn’t so sure. Maybe reporting for the local Bigfoot-sighting tabloid doesn’t make her an expert, but to Chuck, Aidan and his brother Sebastian look like honest-to-Dracula vampires. Especially Sebastian: beguiling, seductive, and just a hint of dangerous. Maybe she wouldn’t mind him taking a little taste. But with Chloe’s life in the balance, she has to know—do they want hot love or hot blood? Or maybe…a little of both?
If you haven’t already, I hope you’ll take the time to check it out & let me know what you think of my Vegas vampires & their lady loves. It might even give you a few ideas for your upcoming summer vacation.

Love these quotes! And MUST LOVE VAMPIRES looks awesome–congrats!
Thanks, Cynthia! The truth is, I probably watch way too much TV & I’m way too easily amused, so these things tend to stick in my head. But I love when I actually get to use them for something fun!
I love Heidi’s posts! I have not been to Vegas before, but it’s on my bucket list.
Thanks so much, Tina! Love hearing that…& if you could spread the word a little, get some extra folks following me…well, I certainly wouldn’t complain.
Vegas is awesome, but I have to admit I like Reno just a little bit more. It’s got a bit more of a small town feel & is less overwhelming. And I’m a small town girl, so I like that. But “vampires in Reno” just didn’t have the same ring to it as “vampires in Vegas.” LOL
Awesome, Heidi! Thanks for the cool quotes AND for reminding me I’ve got this great title on the TBR,,,
Woot!
Thank you, Fedora! And I’m so thrilled you have MLV on your TBR pile. You’ll have to let me know what you think once you’ve had the chance to read it.
Remember:
Double the vampires, double the fun. Look out, Sin City—here they come!
