Thank you! While I don't like comedies much, I did find The Hangover hilarious. *g*

The Real Housewives of New Jersey. I don't know why I love this show but OMG it's so good!! What is funny is that I usually hate these kinds of shows.

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, but I haven't had any since last summer. Heavy sigh! Why aren't the things we love also the things that are good for us?

Well, supposedly some would say that chocolate is a guilty pleasure, but for me it's one of the 5 food groups (Pizza, Pepsi, Popcorn [microwave, especially!], Ice Cream and Chocolate!). I feel absolutely NO guilt whatsoever eating chocolate!!

But I do agree with the earlier poster about fried foods. Really good fried chicken - Yum! But the absolute best is (are?) fresh shrimp, at least U-15s, shucked, and shaken in a mixture of cornmeal (I use yellow just because it's what my mother and grandmother used. Tradition means a lot in food!), a couple of tablespoons of flour, and salt and pepper (I use good, sweet Hungarian paprika that I got over there in Budapest) to taste. Fry them until perfectly cooked, approximately 2 - 4 minutes total, and inhale!! Put a salad on the side and you have a truly heavenly meal. I'm drooling as I sit here telling y'all about it!

Later,
