HI SunnyMay, Ah, yes, working on an ambulance was—interesting There were quite a few times when I thought I might be the one crossing over. The pay is way too low for what is sometimes asked of the crew.

I know plenty of people who talk with the “dead” or those who’ve already crossed over the line into another world. It helps the bereaved move on knowing the anchor is still around at times of intense scrutiny. Love when humor sneaks into a piece. As part of the ambulance brigade, you have an enriched history of people at their worst and the best others can do in the situation with a lot of pressure on hurrying.

I’ve been waiting forever for DDWTD to come out in mass market. I can’t wait to read it.
