Unfortunately, I've not seen Supernatural. I know my bad, but I've been reducing my intake of television shows. And I haven't had any ghost pirate dreams, though vampire ones are aplenty. My addition to your list? Well, I would've mentioned the shift in the multimedia from horror into romance. You only talked about your change in #9. I pretty much agree with your countdown.
