I realize we’ve had our differences but you were due this week and I believe it’s time to put all that behind us. I know we both said some things but hey, creating is a painful process, right? How about this. I promise to stop cursing you. I also promise to stop threatening to throw you out the third floor window. And in return, maybe you could promise to behave, and give joy to my readers.
In the meantime, I hope this letter finds you well in the hands of my lovely editor. And it’s funny, but now that you’re gone, I actually, kind of, sort of miss you.
But if you could stay gone, that would be great.
Signed,
Jill

Parting is such sweet sorrow. But for us dedicated fans of Jill Shalvis, we are thrilled it has left the building and winged its way to your editor. Progress is a good thing. A book in my hands is even better.
WORD.
Am glad the ms. is on it’s way!
I read Strong and Sexy last week and wanted you to know I was thoroughly entertained. I even dreamed last night I had pencils stuck in my hair holding it up instead of barrettes. I had read your category books but had not bought the trade ones until Laurie D. told me about them. I definitely owe her a huge thank you.
Glad to hear we will have another Jill Shalvis book! YAY!
As long as you keep turning out books I’ll commiserate with you.
LOL! Ah, Jill. You showed that manuscript who was the boss!
Hooray, Jill!! Doing anything fun to celebrate this weekend?
Woohoo - done is good!
