So … How’d we do?
Out of this World by Jill Shalvis came up a couple times, so that will be one of our selections over the next month.
I’m also in the mood for an anthology, so I thought maybe PERFECT FOR THE BEACH — Lori Foster, Janelle Denison, Erin McCarthy, MaryJanice Davidson, Kayla Perrin, Morgan Leigh — might be nice. (PftB is also available in mass market)
Sound good to y’all?

Very Cool! I have them both and haven’t read them yet…they have been sitting in the TBR mountain.
I have them both - read Perfect for the Beach but not Jill’s book. Either one sound great.
Great - I have Jill’s book, but not Perfect for the Beach. Both choices are good.
Cool. I have Jill’s book but not the anthology.
I have both of these books. I loved them both. I actually just finished Jill’s book a few weeks ago so it is still fresh in my mind. In PFtB I loved Erin’s story. She is one of my favorite new authors.
I have Jill’s book, look forward to it.
Oh… I have and read Perfect for the Beach! I can participate!!! I also have the excuse to go get Out of this World.
I read Jill’s book and LOVED it. It’s a great choice.
Amy,
Send me your addy, and I’ll send you a copy of the antho!
Sorry I’m late y’all. I’ve have galleys for my June and July Bravas, and I’m polishing up my Nov. Brava, so I’ve been busy. But I’m on it! Promise. *g*
Hugs,
Sylvia
Congratulations, Amy………I look forward to our next book club………….
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Out of this World~ I have too many favourite scenes and lines for this book, but I got to mention that the secondary characters (Axel and Marilee) were pretty cute together in those few moments in the book
Makes me wish they have their own story…
It’s been a long time since I’ve read Perfect For The Beach… I remember that Erin McCarthy’s Blue Crush is very HOT~ MaryJanice Davidson’s story amuses me all the time; I’ve gone through My Thief afew times just for laughs~
I like these super-short novellas occasionally because they’re easier squeeze into my busy timetable for reading and re-reading (I prefer to finish a story in one shot). The stories may be only 50-100 pages or so but they always pack a punch
For the books for next month, could I recommend some bad boys? Like Bad Boys of Summer or in Expensive ties. Maybe we could have a Slyvia Day book too: Ask for it? My favourite brava of hers so far
