Watchers is one of my all time favorite books ever, and when I got lucky enough to meet Dean Koontz (at a book expo) I was so completely start struck my husband had to tell him my name. Sigh …

The only two authors I’ve met were Tess Gerritsen and Nora Roberts. When we went up to get our book signed, Tess recognized my name (I had sent her an e-mail a month before I saw her) and she signed a little extra note in my book and that just made my day.

I remember the first time that I went to a booksigning by Nora Roberts. I was so nervous to meet her and she was very kind and patient with my crazy questions. I also was able to meet Erin McCarthy at that signing and she was so nice that I bought one of her books (on my very limited budget)and have been a huge fan of hers ever since.
